HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Studio Appointments:
Please order 7-10 business days before your appointment to allow bundles to be processed + shipped
Bundles will be ready, washed and dried for your booking.
UK Home Delivery:
Please allow 10-12 working days for orders to be processed + shipped
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Currently, we only ship within the UK.
WILL I GET TRACKING?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent to your email and phone number once your order has been shipped
WHAT IF I NEED BUNDLES QUICKER?
There is limited stock available at the studio. Bundles in stock will be posted via instagram stories. Collection is avaliable upon request or delivery will be processed within 1-2 working days and shipped for next day delivery.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY BUNDLES?
No. Due to the health and safety reasons of hair extensions, all sales are final. Please make sure you choose the correct lengths and textures before paying
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LOST OR DELAYED?
Once tracking has been provided, ByRhii.Studios is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.

DO YOU WASH THE BUNDLES BEFORE I RECEIVE THEM?
Yes. All bundles are freshly washed, conditioned, and dried if booking with your appointment or shipping in the uk.
This is to ensure your bundles are ready to wear as soon as they're delivered.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PAYMENT?
No. Once payment has been made, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
